Fine Wine Shop and/or Restaurant in Plymouth UK?

I know its a longshot but I am in Plymouth, England for the next week and could really use a good bottle of wine but am having a hard time finding one - can anyone recommend a good wine shop or know of one? Also looking for a good restaurant…

Any help would be appreciated.

If you want to spend more than gbp 50 just order a bottle online. Below that the shipping costs aren’t worth it.

I don’t know the place, but a quick google map + search for wine shops ‘nearby’ brought up a wine bar / merchant with a decent list ‘Le Vignoble’ New Cooperage, Royal William Yard, Plymouth PL1 3RP

Apart from that it looks to be mostly convenience stores.
