Rich, you seem like a good guy. Come to the east coast and drop some knowledge on a goodwill tour.
An alternative to this is to put your empty bottles on the wall. No need for glass, cooling, etc. Looks good, brings back happy memories and is cheap. You might even open a few more of those special bottles that you were waiting for the right time to open as you can still ‘enjoy’ them even after you’ve emptied them!
