This looks so good … I had a very simple salad last night at Spacco Napoli here in Chicago and have been thinking all morning about how the simple addition of green olives can make something so delicious. Perfect timing for this one.
It taste also good… I was quite surprised how good it turned out. I will make it quite often next summer. OR this winter do have a summer feeling. haha
Since it just dropped to below freezing here, I need all the summer reminders possible!
