I’m guessing I keep 10-15% of stuff at home, the rest offsite. I could probably boost the amount at home, especially during the fall / winter months, when my closet cellar is quite cool.
Today I spent 2.5 hours doing offsite cellar organization, which I only do once a year or so. As the unit gets more cramped, parts become difficult to access, and even getting around inside it as it gets really packed high, having some idea of what’s where is important.
