Arnaud Lambert’s Château Brézé Cremant de Loire Blanc NV is my house sparkler.
Not sure about availability in your area, but Mersel Pet Nat Gold and Ruby are both quite solid and under $30.
My super cheap go-to sparkling is Ruffino Prosecco which can regularly be found for under $15.

Brundlmayer Rose sekt is v good, not sure of price in Murica but in the Great White North, it goes for $20/btl less than standard Veuve
Enrico Gatti Franciacorta - let it warm and get near flat, stunning. Same price as above
I was just at Treveri a couple weeks ago … really nice at the price! Also a big fan of Gruet, out of Albuquerque.

Treveri BdB and BdB Zero are great values. Still a fan of Gruet after the sale and move to American Appellation from NM?
I usually go with Cava, unless I am willing to pay a lot, then I might consider Champagne.

German Sekt: Von Winning’s Extra Brut is awesome
Cava: Gelida is an awesome value, Love Raventos and Recaredo for higher quality examples
Sparkling Vouvray is always lovely!
