Thanks, good finds.

Thanks for keeping this thread going! I’ve bought a couple of cookbooks based off the notifications and recommendations in here.

Any favorites? Le pigeon and flour + water are the two I use the most.

Also saw that Victuals, Taste & Technique, and Elements of Pizza were all down to $1.99 so I picked them up! I love Victuals for the stories. Had a chance to meet Shelley Cooper and eat at her restaurant this summer!

Also saw that Poole’s by Ashley Christensen was down to $1.99

All Under Heaven: Recipes from the 35 Cuisines of China - is also on there for $1.99.

I was able to get Aaron Franklins BBQ book for 4.99 on Kindle. It’s a good book, but I think you could get it from your library and it would be just as effective. Less of a cookbook and more of a way to think about BBQ.

The emperor of wine, a Robert Parker biography is on sale for 2.49$. Not exactly a cookbook, but I would think it fits in here anyway…
