Diebolt-Vallois Champagne Cuvée Prestige Blanc de Blancs as there is going to be plenty of seafood around.
I’ll have all my kids together, so I was thinking of drinking wines from all their birth years, 1996 ,95,91,89. Champagne,Bordeaux,Burgundy and Burgundy, now I just need to pick the wines.Too bad its a root day.
Some iteration of Krug and Vilmart, same as last year
As I’ll be at a party hosted by a notorious Champagne hater it will be the 2014 Francois Pinon Rose.
Nobody’s drinking Korbel? It’s a WS top 100! Anybody?!?

Russ,
Yes I use the app.
Do I still open bottles on root or leaf days…yes.
Do I hope for best results on fruit or flower days…yes
All of it. Going to champagne themed dinner.

2004 Dom - this is in its sweet spot for me, as I like Dom on the younger side.
Cristal, Salon if I could afford it.
Plan on opening up a Shaman 13 Grand Cru Rose from Marguet and a NV Pierre Peters.
Most likely limited quantity, but will keep the quality with at minimum '64 and '73 DP.
