It was fantastic! One of the best Champagnes I have drank.
A few weeks ago my wife and I went on a diving trip with close friends to Grand Cayman. I pulled my 12 bottle insulated carrier from the garage where it had sat over a year since the last time I used it in Europe. Low and behold there was a bottle of '95 Heidsieck BdM still inside. Figured what the heck, took it down there with the rest of our wines, albeit with a bit of trepidation. My lord! One of the best bottles of older bubbles I have had in a long time. I had bought several cases of it years ago from WTSO for like $50 a bottle. Back then it had the yellow and white label and I suspect a much earlier disgorgement. A great ager, even in the garage.

We had a bottle of NV Pierre Peters Reserve Oubliee with dinner (roast pork shoulder lettuce wraps with ginger scallion and gochujang sauces). The champagne was excellent and great depth of flavor.
