We are looking to sell our place and downsize in the next couple of months, and may end up moving to a location without a cool, dark passive cellar. Does anyone have good experiences with offsite storage in the Boston area (probably need around 600-700 bottles stored)? I’m thinking I may want to get a jump on starting the wine move even before we sell the old place and find a new one. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Jud, it’s a great place to store. I am only taking mine out b/c I built a cellar in the house, otherwise I’d still have it. I have one locker alone and then the shared one with Pete. Between them I have 650 or so bottles in there and neither is full.
Yeah never had a problem with my one unit.
The shared one with Zach is fine, except the lights were only on about 75% of the time in that back corner. They were always trying to fix it and eventually lugged in big spotlights that you can plug in while you’re back there.
Seems like they are usually full, so you might want to grab their vault.
I heard they are going to build a second facility.
