The Halcon tasting will cover the wines in our BerserkerDay/Quarantine offer (Halcon Rhone Pack - Berserker Quarantine Relief - WineBerserkers) plus 2018 Roussanne. Hopefully some folks picked up the Roussanne in the fall as long sold out (only bottled 27 cases).

If anyone is drinking along I would recommend for our reds to double decant (into decanter, back to bottle) about 8hrs ahead. Keep at cellar temp.
I will double decant the Roussanne 2-3hrs ahead and chill it for an hour in the fridge but OK to pop’n’pour.

I was planning on popping and pouring all of yours - no decanter here and I kind of like to see what’s happening from the get go - but willing to try to do something different if I ‘have to’ - let me know, Paul . . .

As far as mine go, just pop and pour - make sure the Rose is cellar temperature and not cooler and the Roussanne is room temperature.

With the 2013 I would just pop’n’pour or go into a decanter just before the Zoom conf starts. It is a more open vintage. Good if you could watch development over a couple hours.
