Such delicious and such easy to make. I served it yesterday afternoon as an aperitif on the countryside with a bottle of Bollinger NV.

Ingredients
150g smoked salmon
120g cream cheese Philadelphia
1-2 tbsp creamed horseradish
dash lemon juice
dash heavy cream
dill
crackers, mini toast etc.
Preparation
- Put everything in a food-prozssor and mix. Dill not included. Also add salt&pepper. Then put in the fridge for several hours.
- Usa a piping bag or 2 tsp for making a mousse on the crackers, mini toast etc. Garnish with dill. Serve with Champagne. ENJOY
