most Burg lovers will immediately recognize the abbreviation–Bonneau du Martray Corton Charlemagne. It’s a crapshoot w premox, but I have had a good run, this bottle no exception.
Floral, citrus, some steel, it is still lean but has layers of flavor, very refined, gets the “buds” flowing with its juiciness. Shockingly young, this is a 30 year wine. It is a very fine Corton Charlie.
