- 2011 Paul Pillot Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Grande Montagne - France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru (8/15/2024)
This was in beautiful condition, pouring out luminescent with green tinges. The nose has some smoky mineral, pure white peach, lemon, mint and Arum lily. The palate was silky and had a fruit sweet heart. There was plenty of oyster shell like saline/mineral things going on. It had excellent presence, complexity and length.
