Yep!!
The reserva Sin means “without”, it is made with only Seasalt and Pork. The flavor is really about the same, the color of the meat is a little lighter in color. Does that help??

Harvest date?? Lol. The 2019 is being picked right now and will need to finish decanting before I can get it bottled and over here. The 2018 is bottled and well conserved and super delish!!! I am going to have to ship more over of the 2018 with the brisk sales (what a problem to have…)
