Where were these? The boxes looked waterlogged and messed up. I would be worried about these being affected by Katrina or even Sandy. A great wine, drinking well at the moment, but not the most durable wine.

Well, depending on the price you could always buy one or two and if they are sound return for more. Sure, they could be hurricane damaged or a basement could have flooded at some point. I’d be more concerned about the fact that the storage unit appears to be partially above grade based on that sunlight streaming in from the background.
