Still drinking down a bunch of Judd’s Hill 1993 Cabernet Sauvignon, $10 per bottle.

White: Kung Fu Girl which has recently become available for $9.99 at our local Sam’s Club

For a little more I love the Substance Cab from Charles Smith.

2015 Quara Estate Torrontes (Argentina) for $6 is ridiculously good for the money. Surprising purity and complexity for such a cheap white.

Just drank a bottle of the 2015 ‘Dr. L’ over two nights with some sauteed cod. It’s got great verve and is tremendous value ($12 around me). I’m looking for 2015 Germans based off this…although I might be too late if they have moved through retail already. I didn’t think the finish was as lengthy as what I was expecting though.

Red: 2012 Bodegas Castaño “Hécula” Monastrell Yecla for $9/btl.
2007 Biggio Hamina Syrah for just under $9/btl.

White: 2013 Cornerstone Napa Sauvignon Blanc for $6/btl.
